Impactero was created to help organisations become more effective, more human, and better able to adapt. That means supporting leaders, designing healthier structures, and enabling better collaboration across teams and portfolios.
My work combines consulting, facilitation, coaching, and practical learning design. I am especially interested in how organisations can use modern ways of working — including AI where it adds real value — without losing clarity, responsibility, or common sense.
The goal is not transformation theatre. It is real progress: stronger leadership, better decisions, and organisations that can learn and deliver in complex environments.

Impactero is intentionally built around direct senior involvement. When you work with Impactero, you work directly with me and my selected core partners — not a junior consultant or layered project team. This keeps communication simple, responsibility clear, and delivery focused on outcomes rather than process.
Over the last 25+ years I have worked with organisations ranging from start-ups and scale-ups to large international companies including BSH, Siemens, Bosch, Deutsche Telekom, Munich Re, Hoffmann Group, Infineon and others.
Depending on the challenge, I draw on a trusted network of specialist partners and modern AI-enabled tools to provide additional expertise, accelerate delivery, and create richer learning experiences. The result is the flexibility of a larger organisation combined with the attention and accountability of an independent practitioner.
