Stuart Fish
Impactero was created to help organisations become more effective, more human, and better able to adapt. That means supporting leaders, designing healthier structures, and enabling better collaboration across teams and portfolios.
My work combines consulting, facilitation, coaching, and practical learning design. I am especially interested in how organisations can use modern ways of working — including AI where it adds real value — without losing clarity, responsibility, or common sense.
The goal is not transformation theatre. It is real progress: stronger leadership, better decisions, and organisations that can learn and deliver in complex environments.
