Questions potential partners ask.

What experience do I need?
Partners are experienced consultants, coaches or trainers — typically with a background in transformation, agile, change or leadership. You don't need to be an AI engineer; AIDIVE is about organisational readiness, not code.
Do I have to be certified first?
Yes. Every partner completes the AI(DIVE) Champion and AI Transformation Consultant (AITC) certifications. Training partners additionally prepare and co-deliver with us before running trainings on their own.
Can I deliver trainings in German?
Yes — delivering in German for clients across Germany, Austria and Switzerland is exactly what we want to grow.
Can I run in-house trainings for my own clients?
Yes. As a training partner you can run AIDIVE trainings in-house for your clients as well as public trainings in your region.
What does it cost, and how do I earn?
We share the commercial model in the intro call, as it depends on the partner model and your plans.
How is Impactero related to AIDIVE?
AIDIVE is the AI maturity framework created by HimerAgile. Impactero is the official AIDIVE partner for Germany/DACH and builds the partner network in the region together with the HimerAgile team.
